As the Operations Production Manager / Head of Operations, you will oversee the production process from A to Z, ensuring all parts of the production chain are synchronized. You will be responsible for efficiently planning and coordinating production activities. This includes creating the production schedule, monitoring the progress of product batches, managing deadlines, and ensuring our quality standards are met.
Additionally, you will play a key role in the procurement process, liaising with suppliers regarding delivery times and product details. You will also be involved in negotiations with these suppliers to ensure materials are obtained in a timely and cost-effective manner. As the production manager, you will be a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic production environment.
In a startup, the role of Operations Production Manager / Head of Operations is versatile. You will also be involved in project planning and be available for various tasks as needed at any given moment.
