To achieve our goals and keep our administration on track, we are looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team. Are you detail-oriented with strong administrative skills? Are bookkeeping programs second nature to you? And are you available for 12-16 hours per week in the short term? Then you might be the person we’re looking for to strengthen our team!

What Will You Do?

As a Financial Administrative Assistant at Shuffly, you’ll work independently and be responsible for managing the financial administration and bookkeeping.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and managing sales invoices and checking and processing purchase invoices;
  • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable;
  • Performing monthly financial checks;
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns.

What Do You Bring?

  • Education: MBO or HBO level, preferably with a degree in administration or accounting;
  • Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role;
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, proficiency in Dutch and English, and a proactive attitude;
  • Mindset: Eagerness to learn and openness to administrative developments.
